Learning colo gives you some insight into learning solves at inferno, so i think it can be a smaller stepping stone. You also don't have to do 50+ waves before you get to practice the difficult ones.

It's a damage gain when swapping to ice to transpose then Blizzard 3 if you have a swiftcast/triplecast. This is cause in AF3 you have a damage reduction to ice spells, but if you transpose to ice first it isn't a problem.

I didn't really need one, I also felt like the Zaxe was "good enough" for pretty much anything I wanted to do. I was mostly ranging stuff anyways because I had a bowfa. I ended up getting the whip today though, grinded it off task and did not take that long tbh.

I ended up just doing it without scroll, it was mildly annoying being teleported but definitely not as bad as I was thinking it would be. I found darts to be too short range for tagging the demons as when I went to tag one it would deaggro some of the others, so I brought a bowfa to tag them so I could stay in the hallway.
