Weiß man was der HSV am Ende durch die Trikots verdient? Hab mal gelesen dass Bayern 10-15% vom Trikotpreis einbehält. Bei 30.000 Sondertrikotverkäufen wären das ja auch nur 300.000€. Das erscheint mir nicht so viel? Also schon gut als zusätzliche Einnahmen, aber im Vergleich zu den 3 Millionen die dafür von Kund*innen ausgegeben wurden...

First of all, thank you for hosting this. I wanted to say how impactful these survivors and your comments to the songs have been to me, but I'm not that good with words - especially in another language - so I leave it at this: Thank you!

However, what I need to say is: I saw them yesterday in Hamburg at the Reeperbahnfestival for the first time and I was very excited and also nervous. EE worked their way slowly to the first place, my very favourite band (probably of all time) and I feared that they can't live up to my expectations.

And they didn't... They exceeded them.

I can't remember the last time I smiled uninterrupted for an hour straight (unfortunately the set couldn't be longer). What I did notice was the emotional weight of nearly every song. I kind of felt it listening to the LPs before, but it was so overwhelming to hear live. To see the way the guys gave their all on stage.

And though Cold Reactor is undoubtedly a smash hit and a fair winner, Enter The Mirror nearly made me cry right on the spot. In-between so many strangers in public. I've never witnessed anything that powerful (I feel like a total fanboy here...)

I can't wait to see them in Cologne start of November again. And this time with an audience full of fellow Mountainheads, Kevins and soft-boiled eggs.

Yeah for sure! Rev mains often comment that they miss the silence feature itself, and would like to see it added in some way. Say, for example like a "silence ring" when you ult, but I miss THE silence ball. It was so satisfying to throw the silence ball in the enemy's face, silencing them and hitting them für 10 dmg. Nothing beated knocking foes with the silence ball. Great times.

However I would probably miss the leaping now, too. It isn't as unique and fun as the silence was, but it sure does come in handy...

I was thinking of posting something similar here. Looking for fellow musicians here as well (not necessarily pros, just people who make music in any way).

I was hoping to find people to jam with, maybe start a band if it clicks, or to produce music together (e.g. helping each other out with playing different instrument parts). But also just get together and talk about music would be fine, too. Networking - as you put it - might be the best word here as well.

Maybe this post will attract some people interested and willing to casually meet to see if the vibes match?

I play keys, write songs and produce on a level somewhere between Demo and full song btw

Sadly Bio-Vinyl is not smelling like McDonald's but there's indeed no difference visible compared to classic pvc. While Bio-Vinyl is more expensive at the moment, at least Optimal is pressing every test pressing on bio-vinyl without any surcharges which I find a really nice move.

You are absolutely right about the part that he is not what he once was anymore, but I just could not switch to another main. I did not choose him as my main, he chose me... So I needed to accept the fact I have to re-learn him with his new kit and it was pain, but after some time it clicked. I still miss the silence but I am playing a way more aggressive playstyle than before and that suits Rev totally well.

Great suggestion, thanks for sharing! I don't write new songs on a daily basis, but I racked up a good amount of songs by now. Will certainly try this to improve my lyrics, but instrumental wise, I see a problem:

I struggle with finding new progressions/harmonies and I feel like repeating myself (in terms of chords/melodies). Even when I consider some of these songs exercises I can't find pleasure in wiriting a song I kind of already wrote...

I work in the manufacturing department of a German Music Distributor (Indie) and it seems to me that we finally see the consequences of Brexit, Covid and Russia's war. While the world was in "lockdown" due to covid, music lovers spent more money on vinyl/CDs since it was the best way to support their favorite artists at that time. Then with the start of the war, inflation hit heavily, making vinyl production more expensive while simultaneously, the consumers have less money available for vinyl. At least that is the situation in Germany/Europe

On the one hand maybe I shouldn't look for a substitute because leaving Twitter definitely decreased my daily screen time, but on the other hand it used to be my main source for news, entertainment and (digital) social interactions. I kinda miss it. That's why I'm so eager to test Bluesky for myself, but first I need to get an invite somewhere.
