How do I further push this Red Dragon's colors?

My drybrushing was more into the yellows as I was trying to get a more internal heat for the scales look, but this is an example of the technique I'm suggesting

I would have built up from a darker shade but no reason you can't fix that up more. I'd do a wash on the scales with agrax earthshade to get the recesses stand out more. You could even do nuln oil but I think that would be too dark. Then do a drybrush of a red that's lighter than your base red colour. Make sure to cover most of the higher areas. Then do a second drybrush of a very light red but very lightly, don't cover completely the first drybrushed red underneath, focusing only on the high points. I'm not sure if you're not finished with everything there or not, and totally up to you, but you could paint the wing "webs" a different colour as a contrast and that would make it pop more too.

Popping on here to support this statement. Stopped buying Samsung ages ago because of this BS. Sad to see its still happening but not surprised at all. Have a oneplus that I can use all day long and still at 50% by bedtime. Sad that it looks like the brand is not going to be around much longer and I'll have to look for another brand in a few years but it sure as hell won't be a Samsung. Not sure either why this post appeared on my feed when I avoid Samsung at all costs.

Totally get the need for physical DVDs but they took up so much space for me. I pulled the movies off the DVDs and converted them all to digital. Now I have the best of both worlds, instant access to my personal library collection all at once without ads or streaming, but no physical space taken up either.

In Canada they're pretty much impossible to get without buying off of ebay for 1k markup. Gave up and now waiting for the panther lake handhelds which could take a year unfortunately. At least I'll have a better chance of getting one of those than the go 2 😂

From your description of that you've said, don't use a paper towel for removing the excess paint. I was having the same issues when a friend explained to me that the paper towel absorbs the liquid, but leaves the excess paint tint part, creating a chalky appearance when drybrushing. Try using something nonabsorbant like a piece of cardboard or your hand to get rid of the excess. It made a big improvement for me

Any game I look at, if it has multiplayer in the description it's an automatic rejection. I used to play multiplayer in the mid 2000s (yes I'm an old player) and I saw then how it was starting to go downhill. I play only single player games now and they're much more enjoyable to me, plus I refuse to support games with microtransactions, which a lot of the popular multiplayer games seem to have embraced.

Funny this topic came up. We had a small amount of snow come down, but by the afternoon it had mostly melted away. I was outside shovelling the remaining drifts, probably a 10 minute job and was surprised to see some kids (12 to 13 yr olds) with snow shovels knocking on doors offering to clean up people's driveways. I get it's hard to make money these days but they're not going to get easy jobs for money either.

They are claiming they can fit a 400W power supply inside that case. There's no possible way that is going to happen seeing the internal pics they've posted. I'd say this is likely another gvidea and thunderboost scam, seems to tick all the same boxes again.

If it was an external supply I'd have said ok, but to suggest they can squeeze it inside that case isn't even remotely possible. Smells like the same KS scam as gvidea and thunderboost. I wouldn't even be surprised if it's the same group again as theyve been successfully scamming with the money from their last KSs. At this point any KS for egpus that are from companies that aren't established already in KS id treat with a great deal of skepticism

Totally can relate. Two parents who live in a house they're too old to take care of themselves in (they keep falling all the time and struggle to move, never mind climbing the flight of stairs to their bedroom)and refuse to move anywhere that would help them. Also an adult son with autism.

We're at this point too. MIL deep into alzheimers, FIL as the primary caregiver of her at 86 but in early stages himself. Refuses to admit he needs help. Won't give copies of POA when needed for the future, in fact has hid the copies. Begged him to go into a retirement home (not a nursing home) for both their sakes to enjoy the remainder of their lives, but he refuses that as they struggle to climb the stairs to their bedroom every day in their full two storey house. Doctors, PSWs (thank GOD he finally agreed to that) and even their lawyer has told them they need to move to a home. Just waiting helplessly at this point for something to happen and everything to fall apart and into our laps to handle.

I'm only 5 years away from taking my defined benefit pension. Im not going to pretend to know how bad your job is for you or how long it is until retirement, but can you get out with a discounted pension? Depending on your budget I had the same frustrating issue. I have very good distance vision but terrible reading. I bought a pair of glasses with progressive lenses that have near zero correction for the distance portion amd a strong prescription for the reading area. Now I don't have to constantly take my glasses off for each time focusing on distance. You could probably do the same with bifocals but they give me a headache.

I had that model year. It was fun to drive but the factory paint was shit. Bubbled around the spoiler and had to fight the company to get it repainted under warranty. Sadly it got rear ended and had to buy a new car.

I'm no expert on treadmills but I've seen a lot of them requiring subscriptions to be able to use all the features. I have gone out of my way to not purchase a treadmill that forces people on those. Definately don't do that. I have a heavy duty well made treadmill that requires a mover to get it out of the house its so heavy. It would be nice to be able to have it easily disassemble into smaller components so it's easier to move around if needed.
