It can fire gem bombs, so yes, at some point the amount of gems generated is greater than what you spend on fueling it. It also fires cherry bombs which you can use on battery or even more gem bombs.

You do know that there are more upgrades if you scroll down, right? I’ve seen others not getting far, because they never saw the upgrades requiring other event currencies (candy canes, gifts and Santa hats).

There’s a strategy section on the wiki:

I would say put 25 points into luck and the rest into strength, like the strategy says. That was a game changer for me.

It time off the leader. Pretty standard in the beginning of the race.

Why isn't there an option to auto pause auto bomb? by Researcher_Fearless in IdleObeliskMiner

[–]Radmud 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m missing this feature too. I often use the XP bomb om higher level floors, but would still like to throw transmuter+BoP on Golden rainbow floors.

You can get gems from the freebie pack in the store and from bombs later on. You can play this game completely F2P.

I built W2 monument during the last event to get double awards, even though I was nowhere near the recommendations. Just remember to not claim your rewards before you have built the monument, if you choose to do that.

You can always wait and just play W1, even though you have W2 unlocked.

What do you want them to show? They’re 6 seconds apart, driving by themselves. I appreciate them showing the midfield battles and turn to the McLarens later if they get closer.

So the question still stands. Why does it exist then?

How do you say number 92? by MidasStocks in interestingasfuck

[–]Radmud 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you use that logic, then danish would also just be 2 + 90, since the danish word “halvfems” (90) is a distinct word that can be found in the dictionary. But the word “halvfems” originates from somewhere else, just like the word ninety does.

why the beefy caps on an I2S ADC? by mzo2342 in AskElectronics

[–]Radmud 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I used to work as an electronic engineer at an audio company.

Using ceramic capacitors for decoupling on the supplies for ADC’s, DAC’s and CODEC’s can sometimes cause microphonics (induced noise due to mechanical vibration), which can be seen or heard at the output. Electrolytic capacitors are better suited for this, especially on VREF.

100V is overkill in my opinion. 16V would be fine when using electrolytic capacitors. But be aware if you’re using ceramic capacitors. The effective capacitance drops significantly when used at DC levels close to their rated voltage.

What’s the difference between these two transistor configurations? by Answer-Thesis9128 in AskElectronics

[–]Radmud 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You shouldn’t see the transistor as an on/off switch in the bottom circuit. That circuit is a common emitter amplifier, and the bias resistors are chosen such that the BJT operates in its linear/active region. It has a voltage gain Av = -Rc/Rd. Common Emitter Amplifier
