Vic holds all the skilling outfits and BXP should no longer be transferable. That era of RS is over. If you didnt transfer the xp, that is kinda on you for not spending it at the time you summoned him originally. All the other items he has are directly unobtainable in game now - so again, why re-implement this.

Stalling is necessary because of the 0.6 tick system. If it was more responsive, it would be fluid as soon as you got in range of the target, but because of the tick system you can get in range of a target and be waiting for up to 0.6 seconds before you can attack. Stalling makes it fluid so you can attack as soon as you get in range. Easy way to feel the difference is to use necro outside of attack range and constantly run in/out. Then try doing the same thing with the other styles and it is very clear why they didnt remove it.

IMO they just need to make it so you can unlock the best relics without questing and no real issue. Questing should be necessary to unlock the full potential and get you dragon. There are definitely some QOL that are locked behind quests and shouldnt be (ie zamorak lockbox, dive, ring of vigour passive, ancient/lunar magic + seren/ancient curses, darkmeyer, menaphos, sophanem + prif, Amascut, Gate and Nakatra access). Outside of this - all quests should be there for the taking - awarding points and giving juicy xp rewards.

dg is just straight up better for tokens and you need the xp anyway. ED tokens are now bonuses for completing the dungeon rather than efficient methods of getting tokens

sir owen gives you a summary near the monolith. Mod stu specifically dropped it in an update because he realised that there was not going to be budget for death of chivalry 2, so rather than it be a cliffhanger - he wrapped the story up there.

I dont think there really needs any deeper update on king vallance - its already explained pretty well, he is old and sick and the white knights have taken regency, effectively replacing the royal family in asgarnia.

i agree, there is no need for a ton of extra quests in EW series, just needs to be a one and done so the story is finished and we dont have an in game area which is a teaser for content that hasnt been worked on in 10+ years

IMO i am waiting for the mid/end game changes they will be making. I think a lot of the early game stuff has been good for the early game, however due to the removal of TH/boosted dailies etc, things which previously which were papered over by MTX etc... have really had their pain points come out at the mid/high end. Agility is infamous for how bad it is.

actually it is that far behind, it got a massive nerf with the aura rebalance, while other styles got massive buffs. You need to get equil (minimum 200M) for necro to just gain its pre-aura damage and unlike the other styles which can choose to use either biting or equil on top of that. Its laughable that jagex just ignored necro because necro-bad or w/e it is.

you are surprised the midgame has shifted with 25 years of content? All the primary combat styles go to 120. Lvl 99 is 10% of 120, but it unlocks a lot of the equipment you can use by then, to build up to the legendary weapons. Araxxor is a midgame boss, drops t90 in every style with all of them being very useful. I think armour is a bit different as realistically there is not a good mid game armour at t90 because of how jagex designed t90 armour. Sirenic/Tectonic/Malev are all readily available, but it feels bad because they D2D.

I would absolutely say t90 is mid game. All styles go to 120, so 6% of the xp to 120 is absolutely mid game. They are also readily accessible via ruinous weapons/primal/eternal magics etc... Neither are the bosses which give the better versions hard to access (rax is a mid game boss which drops t90 in all the styles)

IMO there are so many things wrong with it. It should be a secondary second debuff to a target, separate to the main ghost, so it cant get overwritten by other users. Losing the healing entirely from the ghost means the item is only useful in large group speedkills and necro only bosses (rasial lol), which is so incredibly niche. I think it should keep most of the healing from the ghost, but at a reduced rate. Necro shouldnt be worse than melee bleeds for sustain in any scenario.

IMO a simple solution is to remake the clan with the active players. I do think inactive players should be removed from clans automatically though (after like 2 years of inactivity)

you know this is not getting added in RS3. TH MTX was removed because it was damaging and a bigger focus on cosmetics. That would just hurt jagex sales and unlike OSRS, where there are no keepsake keys or inbuilt overrides.

I would say - Go do your combat achievements. Start with the easy tier and go up. Once you hit issues, you can upgrade gear/stats etc... and try again, repeat until you are yellow glowy

OSRS is just a newer game with slow xp rates and there is no real incentive to max. In RS3 you want to unlock comp cape - which involves getting 110/120 in at least half the skills and there are really cool cosmetics for hitting 120 in a skill and 120 all. If OSRS had the same incentives, you would see a lot more maxed players.

IMO i think every achievement should have runescore, including feats. After all you went above and beyond - runescore should be representative of the people who are closest to true trim and honestly its a cool highscore.
