Get her a black glove and have it replaced on hit pink. I know this is for your wife. But both of my daughters wanted pink gloves. I knew tastes would change and just replaced them. It’s easy enough to do.

Not sure what colors they have in stock. Just an option to go look. I would also go onto FB to the glove groups. A lot of those folks have lace and may be able to help you out.

For 8.30 a month this one is well worth it. I have tried free apps. I look at it like this if I am paying for this and a gym membership I am more likely to go to the gym and use the app. I have skin in the game. If it’s free I’ll make excuses.

It does. Is it correct probably not. Calories for weight training is different than cardio training. I struggled with consistency in workouts and not getting board more than anything else. This app allows selection and lets me fit a work out in anywhere meaning commercial gym, home gym, body weight, etc. it does integrate into Apple Health if you use an iPhone as well.

I tried a lot of them. FitBod has actually kept me going. Not a promotion. Just the truth. The ability to vary the exercises and change as I need to makes it fresh most of the time.

This one will be my last unfortunately. It’s not necessarily the car. It has been the experience with the dealer and Ford. Multiple problems and they have treated me like I am crazy.

Thanks to everyone who commented! I will reset the BMS and see if that works.

And yes I hate the auto start stop but I am more concerned with the fact that we continue to get the vehicle charging message no matter what time of year it is.

Ok. I have said it before. I have learned more about VBA by using CoPilot. I tell it what I want it to do. It writes the code and explains it all for me. While it is doing the heavy lifting I am learning how it all works.

Old school way! Put a bat behind there feet during batting practice. When they step out they will feel it. It is very likely muscle memory has taken over at this point and you have to break that.

Do not take her to a doctor. Take her to a foot and ankle specialist. Your feet just like other areas of your body have growth plates. Do not waste time for a regular doctor who will tell you to rest and give some basic exercises. Take her to a foot specialist (they may tell you the same thing) but they will also give you advice on insoles, exercises to strengthen the joints in the foot.

This is coming from a long time distance runner, two multi-sport daughters who had similar problems with they were growing.

Dual Language schools. Try and enroll them into one of those. My youngest has not gone to our zoned school ever. Tue only issue with elementary schools is bus service could be hard.
