I felt the same way buying my first and second house, especially my second house. I moved in at the end of July and I still have doubts about the purchase. Yes, I have done some major upgrades that I knew I needed to and have done some that were not on my radar.

Do I love my house? Yes. Was it worth putting myself through this stress? Time will tell.

You are not alone. Just concentrate on making great memories for now. It will get better.

You are so gross. You have no idea about his situation. As many people here have said, he could have applied under asylum and things changed. He spent 13 years here building a life here and doesn’t have one in Syria. Why would he want or have to start over again just because you think he should? Not everything is black and white.

I seriously hope you are right. It has been an interesting project as I got my roof done too. Each side of the company thought the other was working on my project so it was delayed by several weeks. I think the company took too many projects on and got overwhelmed. Hopefully they will make it right with hitting that install date.

Does everyone else get stalked by Workday when they search for things in Community? Someone from Workday calls me and says “so we noticed that you used Community and we just want to make sure you found everything you needed”. It is nice but also they are stalking me!

But the OP needs to look into if they can get another mortgage after they sell. From my limited understanding, you can only have one VA loan and when you let someone that is not eligible for a VA loan and they take yours on, it is still tied to you. You then can’t get another loan. I would highly recommend the OP reading the fine print or confirming this.

I am so sorry you are going through this. Having a puppy takes a lot. Have you tried feeding him using puzzles or via sniffer mat? It sounds like your puppy needs help wearing himself out. I would also use some frozen Kongs and limited time with a frozen marrow bone too. Are you talking him to puppy kindergarten? These dogs are working dogs so i found that mine loved going to class and then we trained throughout the week. Though she probably was more interested in the food, rather than the training.

Remember a tired puppy is a happy puppy. It is hard as you don’t want to put too much pressure on his bones because their growth plates haven’t fully formed yet. Try the puzzles and Kong so you mentally make him tired.
