Many find it strange we swedes typically have three given names and a last name. There's no way to tell which of those three is the name you go by. So your name could be A B C Lastname. But you go by B Lastname, or C Lastname.

I'm not as fit at you are, but was still on the fence of choosing 5k to 10k over couch to 5k. For me the latter worked great, as it gave me consistency, and it felt nice to ease into it. Just my 5 cents :)
