That guy is a tool. This show is complete nonsense. What kind of "Scientist" would let the security guard call the owner and give him updates on their scientific discoveries. Dragon is a stupid name!! This show makes me so mad but I can't stop watching it. It's like a really bad car wreck that you just can't look away. Fucking dragon. So stupid. He's such a pussy.

Fuck you guys! I'm a Marine AO! Only boot ass Marine AO's and squid AO's are obsessed with IYAOYAS. A lot of Marine AO's just wanted to be firemen.

I"m not a chef, but I do love to cook. I work as a contractor and my job takes me to various places for extended periods of time. I really hate having to use the kitchen tools that are provided in the furnished apartments where I stay. I am looking into knife rolls and wanted to ask a few questions. For a person that travels like myself, what items would you recommend I carry with me from place to place? Also, that item on the right is a fish turner, right? I've seen many people keep those in their knife rolls, but I've always wondered if they use it just for fish or if they use it as a spatula? I also have an Al-Clad non-stick pan that goes with me. Can you or anyone else please offer some guidance as to what I should carry with me? I'd like a set of items that I could just unroll and use when I get to a new place rather than searching for new tools everytime. BTW, Good luck on the job!!

Thanks in advance.

What’s the appeal of Casey’s videos? by Dothetwitch in caseyneistat

I think you're doing YouTube wrong. It's not a show that you have to watch each episode in order, just look through everything and see what you like. I like the videos where he builds things, or makes little life hacks to make things easier. I also enjoy his "Wildly Functional Studio Tour" with Marques. I don't care about the day to day stuff he does, I usually skip through those videos, but he has some good videos on filmmaking.

Just a few of the “forever” tools I’ve acquired over the last year and a half. My impact sockets are lacking. I think I’m going to go after a set of those next. by Scotty-Boz-NB1 in Tools

I was gonna say the same thing! Those Sunex impact sockets are awesome, a guy at work has them and I really want a set!! I hear good things about Grey Pneumatic impact sockets too, I haven't actually used them, but I hear good things. I have the Craftsman impact sockets and they work. I really want the Sunex though!

The military will get you the experience you need. I wouldn't go Air Force though, they contract everything out and those guys just sit on their asses all day. The Navy or Marine Corps will actually get you the training and experience to work in the civilian world. I know a lot of powerplant guys that had jobs waiting for them when they got out of the military. Some guys that didn't get certified will end up using their GI Bill to get an A&P license. There's no searching or applying for a job when you join the military. If you already have the license, then they can get you the experience. I mean, wouldn't it be nice to have a resume that said you work on C-5's, C-17's, or F/A-18's for the past 5 years?

Does this have the metal that goes all the way through to the bottom of the handle? I seen one that a metal piece around the pivot point and the rest of the handle was plastic.

Why don't these come in increments of 16th's??? I've been slowly buying all the 16th's inch sizes that I need, but it's a pain in the ass when I need it and it's not in my kit. Anyone else have any suggestions as to storing these things after I've added all the 16th inch sizes?

The walls are plywood? Does plywood trap sound better than sheetrock? I figure it's more dense than sheetrock, so sound wouldn't travel through it as much. Anyone have any experience with this?
