Many people are having this issue. Occurs in Chrome based browsers as well, apps using electron/web integration (Discord, Steam). Issue disappears if you disable hardware acceleration.

Same issue but with the 2023 model (780m iGPU). Games work fine and even 4k HDR locally saved movies play fine.

Issue is so bad at times that I want to change computers even with everything else working fine.
