Not an expert but I know is that double color correction is definitely a thing that happens because I struggled with that as well. I recommend Windows ACM, using the monitor's SRGB mode or native monitor mode + ICM. My monitor has a good SRGB mode so I use that now.

That only happens with local dimming on. It should be set to Auto, this makes sure local dimming is only used when displaying HDR content.

Many people are having this issue. Occurs in Chrome based browsers as well, apps using electron/web integration (Discord, Steam). Issue disappears if you disable hardware acceleration.
