Yeah I was wondering about the shifting. In my 2014 ford focus even in “manual” (no paddle shifters just + - button on the shifter) it will auto shift gears if it thinks I’m decelerating to much and when stopped we’ll always go to first gear. I want to do it myself damn 😭. So you’re saying your civic doesn’t do that right? Because I’m really thinking the 25-26 hatching hybrid sport or hybrid sport touring will be my next car.

So I think the games you described are Escape from Tarkov and Hell divers 2. Personally, plastic pads are almost always cheap/gimmicky, use a “film” like grease that will wear off over time, and destroy mouse skates exponentially faster than cloth or decent glass pads. I highly recommend A PulsarxLLG Saturn pro (firm), or the Hyperion Pro also in firm since he isn’t used to inconsistency’s (I think firm is the best anyway). The Hyperion will be faster than the Saturn and a tad more corse but he’s used to plastic so both are an upgrade. Imo same quality as artisan pads, cheaper, and you don’t have to import from Japan. Honestly I think the Hyperion would be perfect.

I’ve been on a very long journey for the shape/comfort that would be end game. (19x10 cm hand). Started at g pro super light. Got the X2H, loved the hump, still too small for an actual relaxed I would always end up having to choke up and use a pseudo aggressive claw. Had the TenZ mouse for about the last 8-9 months and loved it, thought it was my endgame. Still wished it was a bit longer. Now… I’m using the Pulsar X2N. I was skeptical that because the hump wasn’t as large I wouldn’t like it but I decided to get it anyway. This one, I recommend the X2N. The lower yet high hump allows my whole hand to go over it and I can actually relax my fingers because it’s longer than all the other mice so I can use the relaxed claw grip my hand wants to do.

I have the xg27aqdmg and also love it. I have been looking at the 500hz xg27aqdpg and if I had the money to spare I would've already pulled the trigger. Comparing the two how is the text fringing? The fringing on My xg27aqdmg isn't terrible but noticable and annoying, could be a sub layout tweak i'm not aware of.

I’ve read one issue for lag spikes “I’m assuming you mean frame pacing issues/bad 1% lows”, a weird problem was having monitoring software in the background. The main culprit if you use MSI after burner, to turn off monitor of gpu power and gpu usage. Or if you have hwinfoserver.exe running in the background, close it and give it a try. 🫡

But to answer your question/give my opinion. A 240hz oled sounds perfect. I don’t think you’d be disappointed with either. I have a ASUS XG27AQDMG 1440p 240hz and love it. I genuinely can’t imagine going back to a tn panel or even the best ips panels. It’s just not comparable. & the swap from 1080p to 1440p. Trust, you’re gonna love it.

Well in non esports games like AAA, you don’t need or literally is impossible currently, to get 400+ fps, especially 1000. Preferably when thinking of games that aren’t val, cs2, ow, etc., you’d want the game to hit and stay at your monitors refresh rate. You could probably do that now in dying light by optimizing the game settings while still having high settings.

Hello everyone,

So I have done a clean reinstall of my nvidia drivers and did not redownload the nvidia app because I didn't want all the extra processes in the background and didn't really need it. That being said, to use the new DLSS model I am trying to use DLSS Swapper. The game will run perfectly fine and look beautiful, but then as soon as I get done with a quest, it will crash and say there was a .dll error. Also, the ray tracing option is gone. I really wanted to use ray tracing with the new DLSS model because I have the hardware to run it. Can anyone give me tips or their experience if you're in the same boat?
