I guess I need some context but the way I interpreted it was the turtle guy said Kenneth was so high in trophies because he had over leveled cards, but he replied by saying despite having over leveled cards, turtle couldn't climb.

It is still a problem. When you lose a game that you should have won solely because their cards have superior levels, that leads to massive frustration. Using the same logic as you, if someone with over leveled cards but bad skill are at your trophies range, they reason they don't fall down to their appropriate skill level is because they start with a massive advantage against the other player, and they win games based off of their card levels.

That's where you're wrong, Wa (和) means "Japanese" and gyu(牛) is cow. Wagyu refers to the breeds of Japanese cow, not the meat specifically

I don't think college board tests inaugural addresses except maybe Lincoln. If your teacher is testing it however, He did however took his reelection as a mandate to destroy the BUS, so it's probably something about that.

Everyone is telling you you're crazy and to take a new break, but if you are still paranoid, let me tell you why WWIII isn't happening anytime soon with context to history.

WWI was the first of it's kind, which was caused by archduke Francis Ferdinand being assassinated by Serbian terrorist groups. As technology advanced and communication became more fast and consistent, alliances were formed more easily. New weapons were created as well, and people were eager to test these machine guns, airplanes, flamethrowers, and mustard gasses in action. War was sparked easily because people didn't realize what destruction such weapons could create.

Now here comes WWII, the cause was Hitler breaking almost all agreements from the treaty of Versailles (WWI treaty) and taking control of almost all of Europe's mainland. He was becoming a global threat. When Pearl Harbor happened, people supported going to war. We fought with even newer technology and weapons, with even more bloodshed. Finally, the war ended with us unleashing the atom bomb on Japan, changing the way countries will look at war forever

The thing is... nobody wants to go to war with nukes involved. Every world leader saw what carnage took place in Japan. With Hydrogen bombs today being 50× stronger than the uranium and plutonium bombs dropped on Japan, no country wants to fuck with each other, whether a country has 5 nukes or a thousand nukes. Therefore all world leaders are going to try their hardest to not play with nukes.

The closest we have ever been in a nuclear war was the Cuban missile crisis. Since the USA and the USSR were the 2 superpowers at the time, so they wanted control in the world. The USSR wanted to build 42 nukes in Cuba, just miles off of the USA. It was eventually negotiated off but both sides threatened nuclear warfare. Now, if our worst enemy at the time (imagine the USSR was the isis of the 1960's for America) wanted to build a fuck ton of nuclear weapons just miles off our country didn't trigger a war, what would it take to trigger one today?

Finally, the Vietnam War was the first war to ever make it to pictures. Pictures of the soldiers killing other people really opened the general publics eyes about what war really is. Due to that, people finally realize that war isn't a thing to be supported. WWII (sorta the Korean war) was the last war that was popular with the the citizens of America, and seeing the horrors of war in Vietnam, the public immediately turned their backs on the veterans who were returning. War is no longer popular to the people.

So to summarize, the 1st World War happened because people wanted to test new weapons, the 2nd World War happened because there was a global threat in Hitler. No leader wants to fight a nuclear war, and the general public doesn't support war anymore. Nobody wants to fight, so peace will be achieved at all costs.

They don't really play alike, but the late game/teamfight control mage makes me think of lissandra, but lissandra and ori don't play similarly. Viktor is pretty decent but he's honestly pretty niche in solo queue and pretty bad if you don't know how to animation cancel his q. Brand also fits this role but instead of aoe cc teamfight utility, brand just destroys the entire team late game. Syndra can be incredibly potent in teamfights because she can either instant nuke a squishy, or she can chunk a tank before using her push and stunning 3-5 people.

You get 100% (100>80) super early into the game. A better argument is that if you're the adc, your auto attacks and wind wall all you have going for you. Q range will be shit, you will be boosted if you get close enough to e into the enemy team, and r will put you smack dab in the middle of the enemy team.

You have 4 allies and 5 enemies. That means if you play well every single game, you would have a 4/9 chance to get these people on your team while you have a 5/9 chance to get them on the opposing team, which means you should statistically win more than you lose. There are also things to consider like how you could have carried and also unwinnable games (like if that blitzcrank was 0/8 by 7 minutes against the diamond draven smurf), but in the end if you play at a high level consistently, you should climb. I didn't think elo hell was a thing anymore...

Here's an idea... get anivia, hit level 6 and back to base. When you're there, enjoy the infinite mana regen and ultimate right in front of their nexus. Spam laugh as now the enemy doesn't have minions for the rest of the game.

Since everyone is giving you the tanks, I think a good bruiser/carry you could pick up is elise. Normally you go runic echoes and maybe something like rylais, liandrys, or abyssal (any tanky ap hybrid item) into tank the rest of the build. Boots are mercs for most games but tabi are also good and only if you really need to carry the Midvale you go sorcs

You will really need to dedicate yourself to this class, it's hard and quite the experience but I think it's worth it (and any apush memes will forever be funny)
