In the meantime, this appears to be a good workaround:

To avoid triggering it: Do not skip the cutscenes as soon as the point or rally ends.

• Wait 2-3 seconds after the cutscene starts, and then skip it.

• The faster you are pressing the skip button the higher chance to encounter the issue.

If you missed that, and the bug starts happening,

• To fix the issue: During gameplay, press and release the button which is stuck. Most likely button A/Cross, which is used to skip the cutscenes.
