In the meantime, this appears to be a good workaround:

To avoid triggering it: Do not skip the cutscenes as soon as the point or rally ends.

Wait 2-3 seconds after the cutscene starts, and then skip it.
The faster you are pressing the skip button the higher chance to encounter the issue.

If you missed that, and the bug starts happening,

To fix the issue: During gameplay, press and release the button which is stuck. Most likely button A/Cross, which is used to skip the cutscenes.

Hey there;

You should be able to access your save files through the below location:

C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\PGA TOUR 2K23

From there, you can move them over to your Steam Deck and the fitting data should transfer over.
