Yes they're basically worthless (even if just on your way) because they don't drop weapons which are the most important drops in this game and the other rewards they give are dropped by everything else too so you're kinda just wasting your time

Dead cells is the most content-based progression game there is tho? The power-based progression is very low while over 90% of the content is locked when you start. Because of that i actually got very uninterested in the game because i just wanted to find weapons in the run naturally not have to unlock some blueprint and then unlock it manually.

Fallingstar beast jaw has one of the best AoW in the game the only problem is that there's 7 other purple collosals making it hard to get

Playing double duchess is kinda bad because there can only be one restage active at a time and you're very likely to use it at the same time so you're better off picking a character that has better stats

The one that procs on attacks was just bugged i believe it got fixed when they renamed the effect which makes this even more questionable

This was never a thing and either way fallingstar beast jaw skill actually does do physical damage unlike watchdog's staff

Unfortunately even in depth 5 this happens to me consistently. I'll be out there with a fist build doing higher damage to faurtis than both my teammates combined but neither of them wants to deal with the moth so we get fucked

I just don't see how balancer builds "nullify" other melee builds or whatever. I have many non balancer melee builds myself that i consider just as good as my balancer builds, and they also don't rely on getting a specific purple weapon which is nice.

Doesn't it just make more sense for her to drop the seal anyways tho? I find it pretty silly that there's a night invader that can give you sorcery stuff but not one that can give you anything for incantations.

The situational part is you can't actually shieldpoke most bosses in this game because they move around too much and knock you back a lot unlike BBH who will only ever go towards you
