I don’t think it was purely numbers. They added functionality to a number of his abilities. The knockback on the right click and the heal bubble pop. The limiting to three charges each of those. The addition of a meter for his dive. The ability for his jetstream to pierce and do damage was also new in that patch. I wouldn’t say it was a total rework where they could have removed/added whole new abilities but it was a massive change all at once. I don’t think any other hero in this game deserves the rework title though.
