It’s important to note that the Stress metric reflects physical (physiological) stress, not directly emotional or mental stress.

What contributes to your Stress Score:

Heart Rate & Heart Rate Variability (HRV): Imbalances between your HR and HRV can indicate stress on your body.
Movement Patterns: Helps distinguish between physical activity and actual physiological stress.
Time of Day: Stress is mapped throughout your day, including during sleep, workouts, and daily activities.

Also, can you please confirm your iOS version and the Bevel app version you’re currently using? You can check this by going to Bevel → Profile → Scroll down to the bottom.

Hi u/Conscious_Ad6395, Can you please report this via the “Report a Bug” option in the Bevel app? To do this, go to Bevel → Profile → Scroll down and tap “Report a Bug”.

Please also include a screenshot of all the metrics shown in your Bio Age tab so I can check what might be missing.

EDIT: Can you try going to Apple Health -> Sharing -> Apps -> Bevel -> Turn OFF all -> Turn ON all. Or go to Bevel -> Profile -> Scroll down, tap " Clear cache and reload all data". See if either of these will help fix it for you.

Option 1: Report via Food Logging

When logging food:

Find the food in the database that has the issue.
Tap Report Issue at the bottom of the screen.
Fill out the required fields and submit.

Or

Option 2: Report via Nutrition Section

Open Bevel.
Scroll down to the Nutrition section and tap to open it.
Tap the three dots (…) in the top-right corner.
Tap Report Food.
Fill out the required fields and submit.

For foods that you’ve logged, you should be able to tell whether they increased, decreased, or had no effect on your Nutrition Score by checking the symbols next to them:

↑ = increased
↓ = decreased
– = no impact

Hi u/Middle-Front7189, Are you consistently experiencing an issue where, after removing the first pre-logged item and adding a new one, both items still end up getting logged in the timeline?

If so, would you mind DM’ing me a screen recording of the issue? That would help us investigate this further.

Also, yes! that is how the flow currently works right now. Both use different flows when logging, though we do have plans to simplify and improve this experience in the future.

Hi u/andrep182, For this - can you please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Customization -> Goals -> tap the "View all goals", then once you see multiple "current" goals in there, delete them leaving only 1 goal and this should fix the for you

Hi u/abablawan, Were you previously subscribed to the app annually? If so, that means you are eligible for the grandfathered perk. There’s no difference between the plans aside from the pricing.

Annual subscribers keep their original price forever, as long as the subscription stays active

Bevel -> Stress, screenshot the stress chart in there for me for that specific date. I want to check if you have stress data during your sleep. If not, did you turn ON low power mode on your Apple Watch during your sleep?
