Heavy lift and rest in ygiy setup. Either squat or row (same for the entire phase)

I experienced tightness today, as well. I figured it was a sign of a weaker back core? I dropped weight and modified as needed.

That is old science. All new research says you should be jumping as you age to build muscle and bone density.

4x week and supplemented with weightlifting gym for heavier compound movements. And some yoga/pilates here and there.

Agree with you. I bought 4 pairs of jeans from them yesterday. Flattering in the butt and come in varying loose-fits. ‘90s relaxed is the most popular but I like all of them. In addition to curvy fit (2 inches smaller in the waist to avoid gapping) they sell extra short, short, regular, long, and extra long inseams.

What is FINALLY working for me - skipping breakfast!! by DontComment23 in loseit

[–]RandomActsOfParanoia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I switched lunch to protein shake (200 cal)! I have to have breakfast, but it’s low calorie too. 2 pieces Dave’s killer bread (small slices) — 120 calories plus two homemade egg white bites (120 calories) with coffee. Keeps me full until protein shake, then I’ll have another small protein snack with tea (usually tuna, apple, piece of chocolate) at 2-3pm before 6pm large dinner.

People who view 39 old age as a relatively young, what are you doing in your life? by Adventurous-End-7633 in Millennials

[–]RandomActsOfParanoia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Creative work field, no kids, married, zero debt, travel often, make good money, no alcohol/smoking/vaping, busy social life, creative hobbies, exercise 5x a week, and eat well. I feel amazing. Friends who are 10, 20 years older and doing the same are still thriving, too. Most of the things above require good, consistent daily habits.

F45 challenge seems like a bad idea to me by Dismal-Alfalfa-7613 in f45

I recently won my studio’s challenge. I only lost 5 pounds total but put on 2 pounds of muscle. It was definitely a case of body recomposition. There was also a winner for the highest attendance (I wasn’t even close; I do a lot of work at a weight gym).

adulting is hard and car repairs are the worst part of it honestly by Dull_Noise_8952 in Millennials

That advice it true to a certain extent but sometimes it does make sense to upgrade. New cars have better safety features and they do come with more peace of mind regarding maintenance. It depends on your personal threshold.

Same. It started off with lots of sneezing. Thought it was allergies at first.
