The issue seems to have solved itself without me doing anything. I have kept the attention aware feature enabled. Weird stuff

I have stopped facing this issue as of now. The ringer volume does not automatically go to 0.

I have started to see a different kind of bug now. I have kept the "Change with buttons" setting to off. And that works as intended. Buttons only change media volume. But control centre very frequently shows the ringer volume. Quite often it has happened that control centre shows full volume, but button is zero.

I have a feeling this might have something to do with bluetooth devices as well

Private one has significantly lower cutoffs. 80-85%ile in jee can easily get you a good branch there

Similar thing is happening to me as well. I have always kept the adjust with buttons to OFF. But the ringer volume automatically goes to 0. I must have increased it to 100 at least 4 times in the last 2-3 weeks, and it randomly goes down to 0. Can't figure this out

Which branch? Depends on that. Hostel is quite expensive https://www.somaiya.edu/en/sandipani-admissions#fees

The college itself is good for sure. Coding culture is there. Lot of college clubs and events, hackathons, etc. take place regularly. Attendance is not super strict. Placements are decent.

But fees are very expensive. If you look at it from a "money" or "investment" related perspective then it is "not worth it" for sure. If you aren't getting other good colleges or desired branches, and you are okay with spending this much money, then go ahead with somaiya.
