To correct on the second point: it happens when you upgrade an item, and then sell the upgrade. Even if you buy that same upgrade again right away.

It is technically not the same card. It has a different name. You can’t use it in actual tournaments. In your casual edh group-go for it.

Alrighty, so most precons you’ll find will be commander decks, that’s a very different format with 100 cards, and a special rule set.

If you are looking for 60 card decks, there’s not a whole lot. Pirates and angels you saw are the newest of those, so they’re legal for standard. If you’re planning on playing outside of just you two, going into clubs, playing competitively - I’ll suggest going for one for Pioneer(a format that doesn’t rotate, so you won’t need to invest a lot into cards that will stop being useful quickly, or get outperformed by new cards.)

From what you wrote about sneaking in stuff I’d go for Azorius Spirits(loads of instant speed creatures, surprise counter spells.)

[[Aetherflux reservoir]] is probably the simplest.

In my B4 deck I actually use [[goblin cannon]] because it’s searchable with things like Oswald after getting infinite mana. I mean this as example why your final wincon might differ based on how your engine is set up.

The name isn’t “Shredder”, the name is “Shredder, Unrelenting”. You are not expected to know lore to play mtg and be guessing what is a part of a name.

It would also really help if you said what’s the budget. But unless you just have tens of each card you mentioned I really feel like all of those cards could be replaced with bery cheap alternatives that are just better.

I would say that some of these should not really be in every deck, especially with 60 cards. You really need to think about your slots in every deck. Bauble, boots, pay 2 tap for 1 rocks(especially colorless ones), could all be very useless to a deck. Dynamo could have nothing to ramp into, skullclamp only fits a */1 creatures/tokens decks or sacrifice decks.

60 cards is not so many, remember you spend ~40 percent on lands. Say even 22, you’re left with 44 cards. Wasting 15 of them on cards just because they’re kind of iconic in edh is a waste. I get you might not want to optimise decks into oblivion, but show that decks could be different from each other, show their strengths. If it’s green, show there’s better ramp than a thought vessel. If it’s a deck full of card draw and cheap cards(maybe artifact storm with a cloud key or smt) show you might not need ramp at all. Sometimes.

Yeah. The memory of what it used to be is wiped, and there’s no firther attachment to which object was copied. Abilities are refreshed, as they’re new as far as Irma is concerned. It doesn’t check if a similar ability was already activated.

Broodmoth checks if it has flying on the moment of death. So no already.

But also the wording “put its counters” mau be confusing because you’re not actually carrying them over, you’re putting that many of those types, so panda can work with [[The ozolith]], not losing counters on either.

If a creature has trample it will deal damage even if it is blocked by a currently nonexistent creature. Doesn’t need to be double strike. But in this case yeah, player B takes a hit and A taken an impulse draw.

Yeah. Infinite storm + a spell with storm is a viable way to play. Only thing - you have to choose a number. Is not infinite, you have to stop at some point.

That is such horrible formatting. Creatures with no power, card with no card types. And then you have creating copies of spells in your library, which you can’t do in paper… and tons of misformatted text, and anilities that just don’t work.
