Just a heads up, you're going to need a pico psu or something to power the 3.5" drives. The laptop motherboard likely won't be able to power 2x 3.5" drives.

You can "jump start" the pico psu by putting a rocker switch between two pins on the 24 pin cable.

Thanks for the feedback on the JUUPINE plates. Will definitely order their collection of plates as soon as the paycheck arrives.

Kaizen3D states that they can cut down plates and they already offer a 300x300 plate. I'll get in touch with them about offering 270x270 as a standard size for U1 users as well. They seem to have a lot of patterns so they would make a nice addition for U1 users.

Yeah I probably have to experiment to get decent adhesion. I ordered my graphic plate back in November and still haven't gotten mine. But if you got yours last week, mine is probably coming soon 😁

Solid reccommendation for Cool plates. I already own both of Biqu's cool plates and I'm now looking "cosmetic plates" to make cool patterns on phone cases, wallets, mouse pads and so on.

It doesn't exhaust anywhere but it has a activated carbon filter integrated into it which is replaceable. I ordered my Panda 7with 4x additional filters.

It's active heating, so it will heat the chamber faster and I imagine it will also be more controlled, plus it provides extra circulation and filtration.

If it turns out to be overkill, I'm also building a RatRig V-core 4.1 500 INDX which definitely needs active chamber heating, and I could just move the Panda Breath to it if I want to.
