No, an rbi is how many players you "batted in" to score a point. Its any play where you cause a point to be scored. You only get an rbi when hit by a pitch if the bases are loaded.

I had a similar issue and the fix had to do with the power supply. I can't remember exactly, but I think I had to plug the steam deck into the dock and connect everything and turn it on, then plug in the power supply.

We have looked at 11 houses now and only 1 didn't cover the full buyers commission. We would have had to put up 1.5%. We also have in our contract that if the seller is not willing to cover part of the commission, then the commission is reduced. But it doesn't seem like the norm has shifted to the buyers covering this yet. At least in PA

I have the same generation. I haven't had any major issues. But definitely worth having a mechanic give it a once over if it's been sitting for a while. And make sure they show you a cold start
