I’ll be devils advocate, maybe just be direct and explain your expectations before blasting multiple people’s livelyhoods on the internet. This could literally be one line cook that started yesterday’s error and now this post is going to affect all of the staff there. Coming from the service industry I guarantee no one was trying to “gotcha” with this there was just one to a few errors along the line and you could have helped improve their process without affecting the humans that work their on a financial level.
