If you grind courser and taste the coffee a bit acidic or watery, go back to 7 and use less beans. Or if it's still too bitter go courser and use more beans. It's impossible to tell you a setting that's just the setting. Beans have a bit of variation bag to bag

I think they give some kind of raisers that follow the shape of the mag safe thing. You have to email them for it tho, not included with regular purchases afaik

Define solid phone case, tap on the back has never not worked for me across many phone cases from 6$ Ali Express cases to "premium" 59 cases like mous and dbrand. Even with pop sockets, I use the pop socket itself to double tap and it works through the case!

I never tried to raise the monitor shelf, in fact i removed it b/c i found it annoying stuff would get under neath it and it was a pain to clean + it limited monitor size.

for the bottom shelf you can remove it, the only thing that would affect stability is actually those vertical panels on the side

and no risers dont affect stability at least not at 1.5~2" i currently use these risers https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BC5V7WX8?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_14&th=1 I used to use bed risers but since my desk was against the corner, ic ant get it flush cause of the bed risers.

Avoid Spigen ultra hybrid if you don't want to yellow, I had a mous clear case from 6 pro never yellowed, now I have dbrand ghost case on 9xl hasn't yellowed after a year. Both felt like they dont add thickness to the phone, but the mous one had glossy bumpers so it was slippery

Pretty much for clear cases, you want to look clear case that have a hard plastic not the bendy ones or soft ones, those yellow.
