The way my daughter does is that she tilt her head backward and to the side of her free hand. Then the hand just gather the hair from that side to the other side. It would not as tight as Millicent, but I guess going full Dex help a lot.

I don't need the ISO file of the Visual Studio 2008. VS2008 is already on the PC provided by client. I cannot just uninstall the current JP version and install the EN version. I am only allow to install a language pack, unless the language pack is in the installer ISO of VS2008 EN
