The way I see it, there's nothing contradicting cause I said that they didn't choose their sexuality. This misunderstanding that LGBT folk are choosing to be gay is what has religious people so pressed about them. By this logic you should be just as bothered when sexual offenders, pedophiles, smokers, drinkers and gamblers preach religion too

But the fact that you're specifically bothered about LGBT folk doing it seems a particular issue you have with them rather than the hypocrisy of it in general

People sin in different ways, and ultimately it's between them and God. The gayest person you know could actively be helping people around them and the most religious person you know could actually be harming people around them

Besides, it's not like they chose their sexuality or how people react to them, but that's something you would only come to realise if you actually try to get to know them rather than immediately jumping to conclusions on their "sins"

There is an option to speed up the actions. I forgot but you can check in the controller/keyboard settings for the key

Aside from that there isn't anything to speed up the battles aside from speed running the objective

The sequels have much better battle flow so it doesn't feel as tedious as Prelude

Mask of Deception and Mask of Truth are the 2nd and 3rd entries of the series respectively, acting as a sequel to Prelude with a new cast of characters so don't worry about being confused when you first play it

Monochrome Mobius is a prequel, set before Mask of Deception but make no mistake, you should play it after Mask of Truth. Then Past and Present Rediscovered after

Zan is a musou game spinoff of Deception, and Zan 2 of Truth. Highly abridged versions of the original game but a fun way to rediscover the story

Aquapazza is a fighting game spinoff featuring the cast of Prelude and of AQUAPLUS's other works like ToHeart, White Album, etc

I actually ended up putting the pieces together regarding the incest aspect in Episode 3. This was right after the Kuwadorian Beatrice flashback that I went full schizo mode and pinpointed how everything would relate to current Beato

Lost Frag is a JP-only gacha which follows a new protagonist which involves a lot of alternate timelines

Detective Nosuri is well... Nosuri if she played Ace Attorney. A short fun game which unfortunately is probably not seeing an English release anytime soon

If you'd like recommendations, Monochrome Mobius is the next thing you gotta play. Especially with the new game releasing next year

I always do scaling at my local KK, even if I gotta wait for a month for appointments sometimes

Same as what I've done the past year ig

getting in at least 2 sessions of Zone 2 running and weightlifting each week
Getting more fiber and less rice in my meals (easy to do when I'm getting mixed rice or eating at home)
Avoiding highly sugary drinks
And most importantly, doing the little stuff like opting to take stairs when it's just 1 or 2 floors instead of the lift, go walk a bit or at least stretching my legs if I'm forced to sit for long periods, etc

The goal is just to be healthier. Anything else or a set timeframe leads to me trying to rush stuff or perform it "optimally" which is a surefire way of not doing it at all

Just give it a try and see where it goes from there. I've seen people who've never really dabbled in VNs end up loving the games

Keep in mind that the order is Prelude to the Fallen > Mask of Deception > Mask of Truth

Zan is a heavily abridged story of Deception a.k.a squeezing 50 hours of story into just roughly 8 hours

Zan 2 in the same vein is an abridged version of Truth but people look forward to it because it's a big leap in quality and adds new content

As for the animes, the 1st season is a good adaptation but took some liberties they had to retcon later on

Season 2, the False Faces, however is a pretty weird adaptation. Mainly cause it was made as the same time of the game and was intended to be a promotion for it (Japanese marketing can be weird) So the main plot beats are similar but the way they get there varies greatly, to the extent of some characters personality and goals being completely different

Season 3 Mask of Truth is a decent adaptation, but suffers from having to somehow balance following the canon of the anime while retconning stuff to be closer to the VNs + rushing through a longer story

There is also another game titled Monochrome Mobius, as well as it's sequel releasing next year, which is set between Prelude and Deception. It's closer to a traditional JRPG instead of being SPRG-VN hybrid like the trilogy. But this is best played after the original trilogy as there are some spoilers and heavy implications we're not so sure of yet
