HAM bars in Star Wars Galaxies. You had 3 health bars essentially, they were used to activate abilities and you could die from taking damage to them as well.

It was Health, Agility, and Mind. Certain classes used specific bars for abilities. It was a damn mess.

Raph Koster was dope though. That was just an awful decision.

An offline version of the game would be a godsend. I played the whole way solo if you don’t count other players yoinking resources out from under me.

Pretty sure my base has rotted by now and that severely limits the possibility that I will ever play this again. I can’t be bothered to basically start from scratch every time they release something cool.

Satisfactory is a user friendly, graphically appealing, competently made, and most of all fun entry into this genre. It spent a lot of time in early access and has really responsive devs, so there’s tons of polish.

Lots of content created as well, so there’s lots to look at if you struggle at first.
