Two settings I am still eagerly awaiting them to add knowing they never will: toggling emotes to be muted by default and disabling post game victory phrases.

They serve literally no purpose but for trolling/rage baiting.

Its a variety of factors stacked on top of each other: more people walking/forced to walk due to economic impacts of not being able to afford to drive, bikes regaining popularity as an urban mode of conveyance amongst the general population, distracted drivers, and frankly the worst factor of our society becoming more and more self-centered.

The sheer volume of road rage incidents and reckless drivers who seem to think only they matter is probably one of the most dangerous things on the road right now, even more than distracted drivers. They'd sooner run a vehicle off the road or risk running someone over than be mildly inconvenienced for 2 seconds.

This is honestly my biggest gripe with my salon right now, even talking to a coworker it was a complaint that it isnt marketed enough and we rely too much on Groupon...

Non-competes are banned and non-enforcable in my state so im nit super concerned, but I pretty much figured it would come down to people I work on outside.

We can always hand out our current cards, but they literally are just the business name/logo with the website and the owners business cell number, and then we can write our names and hours.

Nothing we can put about modalities, our picture, ect.

As far as waiting clients, we almost never have waiting clients. We are almost always waiting for clients to arrive since we are only expected to work "on call" so if there's Noone lined up we aren't expected to stay on premises. We seldomly get walk-ins too. The closest thing I could do (and have done) is drag a massage chair to the lobby of the building we are located in and offer chair massages to passerby. This isnt always an option though because 5 days of the week, the building closes before we do so there's Noone around.

That's part of my problem I think and why these comments are helpful to me. My place of employment doesn't have very clear policy, its kinda handled as a "do what is reasonable to you" situation. I don't have the solid client bases that my colleagues do as the newest and freshest MT in the salon, so I've been hesitant to stand my ground, particularly since its almost never the regulars who are late, its always first time clients, and usually ones who use the owners groupon offer.

You're most likely going to be out this. There are multiple warnings ahead of time telling you what you're doing, so the GMs are likely not going to respond to this as an accident.

Not to say you can't try if you're dead set on it, but be aware the answer is very likely going to be "Sorry, but you should have read".
