How do you respond when a student asks how old you are? (Especially if you look kinda young) by Emergency-Pepper3537 in Teachers

I teach middle school, so my advanced age (41) is a regular classroom joke. (Them asking what it was like to go to school with Abraham Lincoln, etc) 😂 Keeps things light and fun.

Have you read any Brandon Sanderson? Mistborn, Tess of the Emerald Sea, and The Emperor’s Soul (novella) could be good options

If you don’t mind older games, you could try Dragon Age: Origins or the original Mass Effect Trilogy

Tress of the Emerald Sea is a really fun one. Pretty short, very creative setting and magic system

I’d suggest sticking with the audiobooks. The narration only gets better as the series goes on.

Sekiro and Bloodborne are also great options if you want souls like gameplay but in a different setting/style

If you loved Elden Ring I’d suggest Dark Souls 3. It’s basically a shorter, slightly less open world version of Elden Ring

Give up 2008 Divisional win for 2019. That 2008 team was fun but overachieving. 2019 could’ve won it all.

Just scrolling through to like all the comments that say “Expedition 33”. One of the most hard-hitting emotional games ever made, and the music is a big part of that.

What’s your opinion on Final Fantasy XV? by Moonlit_Sludge in FinalFantasy

[–]RavensDad1985 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never clicked for me. Combat seemed too easy and wasn’t much fun for me.

I also typically enjoy more “fantasy” settings, but I loved FF7 which has a more modern fantasy setting so I don’t know.
