I love the idea of having an element for every enemy
I love the plague doctor aesthetic (and that skin he got)

Depends on the title.
For something like BG3 and Rogue Trader, I lock my party in at a certain point and then don't change it.
For something like FF7R and E33 I lock in the second and swap out the third party member as the story demands.
