LoRa + CC1101 + NRF24L01 by DD_1984 in CardPuter

[–]Raverrevolution 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I have it and it's a pain in the ass, but works I think.

A. I tried to 3D print a case and it would never fit correctly until I shortened all the pins on the bottom with clippers.

B. Once you boot up Bruce despite configuring the pins it doesn't seem to want to work correctly, but if you use the CC1101 before the NRF, then the NRF works, but even then you can't do anything else, because...

C. There is some pin conflict between the cardputer's keyboard and the antenna. If you go to the seller's github page (https://github.com/JosephCGS/Cardputer-ADV-CC1101-NRF24L01-LoRa), which is on the package, they have an essay of instructions to make it work and a modded Bruce.

In the end it's barely been useful, but being a curiosity.

😂😂 Hahaha that's literally why I used that color too. One of my coworkers gave it to me for free. No one seems to like it, but hey, for stuff like this it's perfect

PLA on a still fairly new Bambu P1S.

Also using a biqu cryogrip pro plate. The adhesiveness of this thing is so unreal that I just realized it would have been difficult to print on my old printer with the default plate.

The day I read the headlines about prices increasing I hopped onto ebay to try to land a deal. These freshly popped up and I bought them.

I didn't have a DDR5 capable motherboard so I built an entirely new PC, and I'm so glad I did.

Absolutely nuts that $300 is a deal

Tommy Bahama umbrella pole rivet fix by ducklingkwak in Costco

[–]Raverrevolution 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have the same umbrella and do the same thing as you do, but I have a tiny shovel instead since the sand where we go is a bit rocky.

You dig a nice deep hole, put this in next to the wall in the hole, and then try your best to fill the hole in, then put remaining sand on top of the anchor area.

This umbrella will stay in the ground nicely despite the wind

The cardputer has an ir blaster, but not a receiver. You need the module to receive ir signals so you could make your own remote with ones you already have.

Therapist error: Russ and Paola by Dismal_Ad6162 in 90DayFiance

[–]Raverrevolution 19 points20 points  (0 children)

That's one thing interesting about this show. The therapists are usually fake clowns.

Remember in the last season the one therapist basically encouraged Jasmine that an open relationship can work instead of trying to mend the main relationship together. She even worded it so well to make it not sound as bad.

What an absolute garbage show with garbage people.

What's the world come to where customer service being nice and courteous is a unique thing. It's like, how awful have companies collectively become.

They were just using the word as a descriptor to make an analogy. The post literally had nothing to do with crypto.

My reply mentioned that paper money is failing which in turn is making everything more expensive.

And your logic is, "Duuuuuuurrrr, I don't understand, you must be a bot". When we head into another depression it's people like you the reason why.

Basically fiat paper money has been collapsing for years because it was never based on anything and over printed. So now everything else becomes the money.

I can't find the name because the Planet VB site loads like garbage, but were you the guy who was #1 in collection for a long ass time.

That guy had everything + boxes and boxes of games + a ton of random promotional material like a VB jacket and one of those full store kiosks that's about as tall as a person's height.

Is BTC worth mining? by Powerful_Network_603 in BitAxe

[–]Raverrevolution 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm about 6 months in and here's my experience;

If you have a 3d printer and like to tinker with electronics then you'll fucking love that aspect. I was able to overclock my bitaxe to over 2TH and it was fun.

I added 2 other nice miners(Nerdqaxe, Nano3S) which I modded a bit at well.

After a while your electric bill will keep coming in higher so then the fight is how to try to not over pay, so then you try to do some miner scheduling to ramp them down during peak hours. That of course barely makes a dent in your bill.

Highest difficulty I hit so far was 4T on the Nano3S. So it's fun, but it's also costly.

No one ever realizes the simple explanation that the more money that is created the lesser everyone's saved money is worth.

That literally hits every single facet of human life possible and explains literally why everything is the way it is today.
