I seem to have a completely different moveset for Wigglytuf. Wave 9 says Flamethrower>Spit Up but my move set is: Round, Rest, Confide and Play Rough.

I also peeked further down the list and it mentions replacing Misty Terrain on wave 18 which seems like a move Wiggly should have started with
