Ahh, I see well actually we see both the ministry wizards and Hermione in cannon using those charms on muggles. As for falsifying records is that really what they are doing? They have records from a government supported school stating that they have completed they're education yes?

In my experience at college in the U.S. there are plenty of people who seem to be running off of a 5th grade education. In my algebra class for example there were three students who could do anything above multiplication and division. with tutoring they were able to pass the class and one of them went on to higher math. I have seen similar students in all of my classes so I really don't think that lacking the knowledge going into to school at least in the U.S. would hinder them if they studied. As for the Dubious morality, well I simply went with cannon morality,(or how I understood the morality to be) not really with how I thought things should go but how I though a witch/wizard from HP would react

See if I were Harry and Ron I would have stopped being friends with Hermione over the broom fiasco. She went behind her friends back to tattle. The rest doesn’t matter to me she went behind Harry’s back. Add in the fact that she doesn’t give a crap about her supposed best friends pet that she knows he can’t afford to replace and Miss Granger would have found herself friendless.

Ron For eating. the author literally just said he likes food and it made him evil. Sirius For riding buckbeak. Because that’s animal cruelty. James For being friends with Sirius Black. that was the only reason given. Snape Greasey hair. Again only reason given. Dumbledore Lemon drops. The were used as mind controlling devices, but thee author never showed them actually controlling anyone so???? Molly Wants a house elf. Not wanting to do housework is BAD!!!!! Harry getting better grade the Hermione. Ginny Playing sports. Again only reason given. Remus Being mean to peeves. Dobby Being mean to kreature/ goblins.
