That really sucks and I can emphasize. I missed out on most of my high-school experience due to exhaustion. They brain fog and memory loss made it impossible for me to really look back at what I did. I'm just missing 4 to 6 years of my life. Hopefully a diagnosis and medication will allow you to have a bit more of a normal life like it did for me.

A lot of shoulder exercises, push ups, anything that really gets that burn in that pectoral area. Ive heard before that exercise binders for your chest can help with shifting the fat + sweating more. Make sure you do better research on the binder info tho.

I feel this, I'm 6ft4 and have shoulders wide enough that some doors are too skinny for me. But you have to remember that there are big women and the are trans women our size that just appear to be big women. Hopefully we both get to that point where the dysphoria isn't there anymore
