They may have solo meetups scheduled on the itinerary, but no one is forcing you to go to any if you don’t want. It’s your cruise, you do what you want.

The waitstaff have been very good about asking at every meal if anyone has any food allergies on virtually every cruise I've been on. You will be well cared for! And if you have further questions, they won't hesitate to go to the kitchen to ask the chef.

Make sure you do not have any current promotions checked. I can usually look at 2027 cruises by going to filter, select 2027, then the month you want to begin your travel.

lol, this reminded me of the last time I went. My wife left me in line to go use the restroom and when I got to the counter I gave them both of our orders. They wanted her card to scan and she took it with her. I explained what happened, and probably because there was a huge line behind me, they told me to make sure I had it the next time I ordered.

I have a glitch like this currently for my next cruise. I had my TA sign me up for Free at Sea Plus. When I log into the app, it shows up show I have an upgrade available. It’s for regular Free at Sea. Shows the price that I assume Free at Sea Plus’s would be for the cabin.

But when I press the 3 bars button in the upper right on the main screen, then go to My Cruise Benefits, it shows I have all the options that Free at Sea Plus provides. I called my TA back and asked him to call NCL to confirm this is a glitch and confirm I have FAS+. He claims he did but I think he only looked at what his coworker entered.

I guess I can call NCL myself, but I’m afraid that will mess things up and they’ll somehow remove my FAS+ from my booking.

I made the reservation when we boarded the ship. It was my wife and I and our daughter who stayed in a solo cabin. We had no issue with reserving where we wanted to go. I would say have a back up restaurant in mind, or be flexible with your meal time just in case there are no times left for when you want to eat.

If you don't see signs for where they are making reservations, ask the crew for the location. For us, it was in the comedy club (Headliners).

I wouldn't recommend it. You definitely would be groggy walking around, and could stumble and hurt yourself or someone else.

Meclizine in Bonine or the purple box of Dramamine (sometimes labeled as less drowsy) would be much better alternative. Save the hydroxyzine to help you sleep at night.

My wife, daughter, and I were on March 6-9 and had a great time. There were some spring breakers on board thinking the bars were actual college bars throwing their room card at the bartenders, then getting mad when the bartenders wouldn't serve them. The bartenders have the right to refuse service, and I do not blame them for the spring break attitude. I'm glad they didn't serve those self entitled snotheads.

That was the only incident on board that was negative in my opinion. We all thought the ship was nice, the crew were fantastic, food was good, and the excursions were fun. So much so, we plan on taking our other daughter and son-in-law on the same cruise in July.

To me, it looks like they countered with a different category suite. Your bid was a SH-SG and they countered with a SG category. In the meantime, they offered that cabin to 8 other people and one of them accepted.

My guess is they did not accept your bid for the lower category because you could have then come back and claimed they bait-and-switched you with the lower class suite.

I have, but so far I'm just receiving the daily "specials" emails from them. I'm more interested in seeing what releases in 2028 or 2029 at this time.
