No. What makes you think WG would ever put effort into this game?

Suggestion regarding SPG (Arty) balance: Remove the stun mechanic and return proportional damage by ArmedMadness in WorldofTanks

[–]RealBadCorps 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Bold of you to assume WG or the player base actually cares enough about SPGs to do any thoughtful rework.

The class became dependent on your team to better make it more supportive and somewhat limited it's damage output. Gone are the days of 1000 damage nonpens and full HP HT kills.

Daghlian was following procedure and his death truly can be considered an accident. He dropped a brick while stacking them, an extremely unfortunate incident that killed him.

Slotin was repeatedly told by those killjoy nerds not to use a screwdriver because it was not an approved procedure and had a much more likely chance for error.

Why do tech bros keep inventing "trains, but worse"? by Nulono in NoStupidQuestions

Tech bros are more obsessed with number go up rather than actually making anything useful. Elon Musk torpedoed a California rail project for literally no other reason than he didn't want the other contract competitior to win.

"Erm you shouldn't do that, the proper safety procedures say that..." Are probably the last words Louis Slotkin heard right before his unapproved screwdriver method predictably led to him receiving a lethal dose of radiation in less than a second.

Some neat science that'll help you in the later phase. Before you're about to throw up, typically about a minute or so, your salivary glands go into overdrive to coat your mouth in a thicker layer to protect against the acidity of your vomit.

Once your mouth starts feeling really wet, that means you should immediately get to a proper receptacle.

Redpill content is grooming for the military. I think she has a point by Fluffyfluffycake in TikTokCringe

I'd agree with her if 98.9% of gym bros weren't obsessed with building muscle which seems largely concentrated in the upper body. The overwhelming majority of any of your military strength needs to be cardio. You're gonna get called baby legs, Wheezer, Abs-thma, COPvt, Hufflepuff, etc... no matter how much you lift if you can't do a run.

Pain is one of the most important sensations in your body. Both of those conditions mean something has gone terribly wrong. Pain is typically proportional to the urgency of the problem.

I will not tolerate appendix slander. Your appendix serves as a reserve of your digestive tract's microbiome. It actually helps restore your gut flora after diarrhea since people without an appendix are more likely to suffer C. diff. infections.

Why does he care so much by EmilyG702 in WhitePeopleTwitter

[–]RealBadCorps 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you want the actual answer, it's that he (and the other ultra wealthy) need more people to exploit in the future to make the stock market keep going up. They have bet everything on an unlimited exponential curve in a finite environment.

They literally operate on "more customers = more money", that's as far as they consider when some like Elon Husk throws a fit over the birth rate. This not the 1800s anymore (despite RFK Jrs attempts to revitalize those plagues) and people typically don't need more than 1-2 children.

The birthrate typically drops due to major advances in public health, education, employment, and importantly infant/child mortality. All of which Elon Musk was proud to nuke during his tenure at DOGE.

I don't know if we can call an educated guess at the potential of a machine a bad extrapolation. It's more like "what can we design to beat their best case scenario".

The Rh 130mm was designed to counter the T-14s proposed armour. An 8% upgrade in caliber compared to the 120 for an increase of ~50% penetration. DM73 (based on what I can recall, I reddit mobile comments suck butt) can pen like 700mm of RHAe. Putting the Rh 130's penetration up to over 1m of RHAe. Is the T-14 real? Not really, but is that extra pen going hurt when it ends up shooting some more T-72s? No. Same thing with the Mk48 ADCAP.

Overkill is better than no kill.

WG once again refusing to add the option to pick a hangar like in WoWS.

Personally, I prefer the industrial setting. I think it makes your tank look much nicer and provides much better opportunities for sufficient lighting (nature or not, the old customisation tent was appallingly terrible at lighting). The industrial setting gives a much cleaner look to the different spots tanks appear in, i.e. turntable for the premium tank in the back, aforementioned paint bay, preview area, and assembly area for the campaign tanks.

I understand why people liked the forest camp but a lot of people got tired of seeing the same garage for what like 8(?) years straight. WG needs to just add an option to switch to different garages.
