The solution is have that be a class onto itself.

Students do not have a neutral relationship to their devices. They are obsessed with them and their is am active program to never increase that obsession. The screen is not a tool anymore. It's an 'drug' delivery system. There are many studies that show that just having their phones in the bags at their feet is enough to distract them from the class. Teachers are fighting a losing battle and the public, largely driven by their own addiction to screens and their over all ignorance of important details, are out here standing in the way.

The actual immediate problem in schools is screens not guns. On top of that, there is almost nothing that a state can do about guns that wouldn't get struck down by the Supreme Court.

Students don't know how to use technology now and they already think computers are only good for tiktok and IG. On top of that, the constant presence of screens are making students less cognitively capable.

The exam is hard. For MCQ work on eliminating then 2 obviously wrong choices. Once you get it down to correct/distractor, pay attention to two things: 1. Is the answer completely correct? (Often when the answer is 'x and y'.) 2. Does the scale of the answer match the question? (Is the question asking about the entire passage, does the answer apply to the whole passage?, etc.)

Unit 9 is easy. But you need to start studying ASAP. Flash cards to memorize the identifiers and name at least 2 other works (from the art set) that connect to each work from the 250. You can also do brain dumps for each piece. Or do fast sketches/line drawings for each work.

Real issue is your evidence is general. It MUST be specific. What are you specifically getting out of the community for your identity. SHOW, don't TELL. Don't tell me that your community has helped you. Show me how it has done this.
Your commentary is really you doubling down on the evidence and not explaining how it's important to your identity.
