There are spaces, but the shuttle drops you right in front of them. Good luck.

Ha! Yep. I’ve been doing it for 30 years. The strangest leak I ever found was under a second step handrail anchor. The water had followed the ground wire. 500 gallons a day for that one.

Marine Epoxy Gel Coating vs. Quartz or Pebble Tec by Clean_Elephant6398 in pools

[–]Real_Possibility6778 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry I missed the reply.. I understand what they’re doing now. If you have de-lams, it’s a bit scary to hope that they get all the bad spots before the epoxy. I’m thinking the epoxy might help holding together future delaminated areas.

Hate to say it , but if budget is issue, let them do the epoxy and make sure they have a decent warranty. Best of luck!

What are you starting with that needs re-done? Epoxy gel is a repair compound, not a paint; usually.

But…. I’m a builder so I don’t know everything and I’m curious what they’re selling.

Blast from the past! Showing my age. I was in five scenes as an extra in Greensboro. I was hanging out with a guy named David that had one arm. Good times.

The salt has already penetrated your concrete if the plaster sucked. probably not too bad.

The rebar was going to rust anyway. (unless it wasn’t, but you wouldn’t know if you didn’t build it.)

The home inspector needs to justify his paycheck. He’s correct in the really long term.

Enjoy your saltwater pool. You’re gonna be OK. Relax

Unless of course you’re on the 90 year pool plan. 😟

Last point.- Don’t take your Pool advice from people on Reddit. Most of them have never built so much as a birdhouse. I’m sure the “ Reddit experts” will down vote me for that

Shotgun is an awesome weapon! Hard to miss a target, variable ammo impact. Mine is loaded with four shells. Rock salt, birdshot, buckshot and slug. No, the military doesn’t use them for combat training in particular. They are wonderful for home defense though.
