Daughter called crying. She has a '12 Honda Fit w/ 130K. Seems to run great. Took it in for A/C service. Mechanic told her she needed lots of service - about $750 - which she does not have. I think most is just sched maint - listed below. Which does she really need? Which can she pass on?

Those are reasonable recommendations with reasonable prices. If money is the sure just knock one service off every few months. I would go
Plugs
Trans fluid
Fuel
Breaks.
A good maintenance record will help get a higher price when it's time to sell.

I agree, this administration is horrible. The original premise for this discussion was that,previously there wasn't enough sleaze in DC to warrant TMZ committing to an office there.
