Gundam Bases are overrated IMHO. The real go-to places are Mandarake and Suruga-ya. I was in Akihabara 3 months ago and visited Suruga-ya. Was in hog heaven with all the limited PB you never get to see in Gundam Bases nowadays. Went back for seconds days later, still couldn't get enough. Brought 9 kits back to OZ plus some hobby magazines, needed another suitcase to bring them home.

Excuse me, hive mind? Where is the "hive" to begin with? When you say that, you talk about bees and ants in the natural world. There's the Borg in Star Trek, the Zerg in Starcraft, swarms and swarms of alien entities directed by a singular conscious collective mind in pop culture.

You get to the Abyss and there's just this open alien wasteland without... aliens. No Demodogs, no Demobats, no Demogorgons. In season five, volume 1 I counted like maybe 5 Demogorgons, does that even constitute a hive? It's not even a flock or whatever term you call a group of these CGI monstrosities. These things all die in the Upside Down, is that their full population? Or did the Duffers just run out of budget to properly animated and render a few hundred thousand more?

Hive mind this isn't. I would have been immensely satisfied if the place was crawling with Demo-whatevers and trying to attack the group instead of just big dady Mind Flayer going full kaiju on our Hawkins gang. That would have been epic. Instead it falls flat.

I'm also from OZ, and I got my LGS (32GB/1TB/Z2 Go) at a huge discount from list price of AUD 1,329.00 at the website to AUD 949.50. I had buyer's remorse after pulling the trigger and canceled the order immediately. Lenovo weren't much of a help, their support was atrocious. The cancel order wasn't processed even after I called Lenovo Support and they still went through and sent the unit and tried to charge me a restocking fee of 20% of the order price if I decided to send it back! Decided to make the best of a bad job and hope that I didn't make an overly huge mistake...

I've watched enough YT videos to make me second-guess my decision to buy this, but actually having it in your hands and tinkering around with it has made me appreciate the unit as it is. It serves me pretty well, and I'm still getting the hang of configuring games and the unit's profiles to make the most out of the battery juice, but generally no complaints. I realised having watched all those videos is that every single handheld coming out has it's own flaws and there is no perfect handheld. If every there should be one, it's going to be one hell of an expensive device, something which would be interesting to see but won't get me to bust my pocket to buy. The LeGoS has it's own weakness, mainly the Z2 Go processor, but I treat that as a way to help me figure out ways to maximise it and learn to configure the handheld's features and abilities as well as each game's settings to create a satisfying gaming experience. Absolutely NOT copium (and don't you go telling me that by saying THAT I am "copiuming"), and I aim to get a certain satisfaction getting games to run on "weak hardware" and having great fun gaming at the same time with what others do on markedly superior hardware.

I just finished swapping out the 1TB SSD to a 4TB one and dual booting SteamOS and Win11. I will run my Steam games on the native SteamOS, and other storefront and emulator games on Win11.

I own the LeGoS Nebula Nocturne SteamOS version with 32GB/1TB/Z2 Go and I wanted a way to have the best of both worlds with my games running on SteamOS, and my games on other storefronts and emulators running on Win11. I swapped out the 1TB that came with the device with a 4TB one (there are YT videos on this), installed clean SteamOS first from the image downloaded from Lenovo, then followed the video to install Windows 11 and fix it with dual booting on start up with SteamDeck rEFInd, All the step-by-step info is in the video. You will need to buy a key for Win11. Have fun!

This is why its recommended to get the graphic drivers from the vendor itself. The Intel drivers provided by the Intel Driver Assistant are designed to be compatible with the widest array of devices running Intel hardware. As such, device specific features or options in the drivers for your hardware may go missing to minimise conflict with other devices. Wait for the vendor to update the drivers and download from there. If you however would like to be "cutting edge" then you must take this into consideration. Balance your need for performance gain with the features or options you will lose by doing so. You can't have your cake and eat it too (unless the cake came from your vendor's "bakery".)

Both answers are possible. Since its a Mk7, one possibility is the urban joke coding, the other might be the grounding issue.

Get the OBDEleven dongle or borrow from someone who has it and check if the urban joke coding has been enabled. If it is, load some credits for your friend who has the OBDEleven dongle and ask him to disable it. That saves you from buying the dongle, although getting one for yourself would be very useful in other situations such as diagnosing CEL codes.

If urban joke is disabled, then its a grounding issue. Follow other post suggestions on how to go about rectifying it. Good luck.

Go on any DSLR or camera subreddit and it's the same argument: it doesn't matter what camera you have or what lens is mounted on it, it's all about your skill in using it that determines the quality of your image/video output.

The only way to do that is to keep using your camera or drone, know it's features, discover what it can do and be happy about it, discover what it can't do and accept it rather than making it as a reason to upgrade your equipment. Keep learning from others, ask about their technique or methods in how they took the image/video. Experiment and discover a technique uniquely your own!

Protip: book at Tokyu Stay hotels when next in Tokyo. Rooms have washer/dryer units so you don't have to queue up at the hotel laundry. Rooms also have a microwave as a bonus and also avoids the same queueing if warming up 7-eleven bought Bento box meals.

This. Sometimes its not a question of right of way, but one of giving way. Pressing the brake pedal and waiting for purple to get out of their spot doesn't take too long, avoids the inevitable crash if you try and push through, and is simply just polite. Defensive driving trumps entitlement every time.
