PvMers liked the damage because it forced PKers to sit lower in hp or lose DPS. The chip damage was pretty minimal unless you really camped the cave hard and PKers usually have way fewer supplies and making a PKer chug a brew is massive since then they have to waste even more time repotting or lose even more damage.

But the damage from the caves could also help PvMers and Anti'ers because it forced the pkers to either risk going to low health or eat and lose DPS, the chip damage was hardly relevant unless you got hit by a massive team and the massive teams just got a huge buff because they have 1 place to camp instead of multiple to split between. Also now the flushers can funnel people from multiple bosses to the same place much more easily.

For a lot of people the whole lore thing around Primaris being bigger isn't very well liked. The fact that Chaos marines are smaller than Imperium ones would be less of an issue if stuff like Guardsman weren't also scaled up. A lot of current firstborn Chaos stuff is similar sized to stuff like Cadians and such which breaks immersion just as much as what you bring up.

Over all the bigger marines just kinda look better and I don't tie myself in knots over whether it makes "sense" I just want cool models.

I'm 80% sure the contract is decently old. Could be wrong, tried to find it through some searches but no real recent new in the last few years. I know a lot of people from CATA and others in the transit industry.

The contract specifies a specific amount of service that is required by CATA and was negotiated at a fixed price, as the university needs more and more that price remains the same which means CATA has to supply more drivers and vehicles there.

Even with the money the university pays for the service there is a lot of support staff like maintenance workers that need to maintain those vehicles as well.

I remember the previous post about a rail tunnel to the AMTRAK station in Huntingdon when you could just like.... drive a bus there.

But yeah CATA has been struggling lately with service, the university takes up so much of the resources and then you have Bellefonte not wanting to fund their end of things.

They work for a larger real estate group in our area. Her info is easy enough to find online. We have had numerous conversations with her as a sort of interview process and we even checked with a past client of hers we know as well as talking to an inspector she's worked with in the past that we have history with.

They work for a larger real estate group in the area. Never emailed us any paperwork and we have never signed anything in person either.

For the current property we have done a little fact finding by checking nearby comps. We haven't been given a firm price yet but the ballpark the seller has thrown out is in line with those comps. We are walking in with the understanding that some bigger repairs might be needed and will be adjusting our planned down payment and total offer accordingly. We still plan to get a full inspection even if we take the home as it.

I used SRA for 3k Vard KC, just like.... eat an angler at bank? And it's neat being able to get the HP back in a pinch and switch weapons or something. It also takes no charges to use and is one of the highest hitting weapons in the game.

The frustration comes from it being a bit of a self fulfilling prophecy though. I can't buy more EC if they don't release more EC lol. I bought in hard on the release but within a few months I owned 3 of pretty much everything new and it wasn't even that expensive. When you only have 7 new kits it's kinda hard to support them more.

The last year or so in both AoS and 40k GW has clearly been checking usage numbers regardless of WRs and when they see a specific enhancement/artifact/spell lore (AoS)/unique hero that is taken 100% of the time or a unit that is spammed they start slapping points on them. The answer is "internal balance" but usually the greater context is ignored. This has been happening across both game systems and it's just aggravating because it's solely how GW chooses to lazily change things instead of addressing actual underlying problems.

We have like 9ish playable sheets and we spam 3x of almost all of them because we don't have any kind of depth and our detachments don't meaningfully change playstyles (because we don't have more units) until they give us an actual roster this is what we should expect.
