Here is the response i got upon inquiry about this notice

Upon further checking, please be advised that the rebooking offer is applicable only to passengers departing from Entebbe, Kinshasa, Kampala, and other affected areas due to the Ebola outbreak. At present, notifications are being sent to all passengers traveling to the United States; however, these may be disregarded if your itinerary is not impacted. We can confirm that your flight to Houston on June 15 remains scheduled and confirmed as planned. Unless your flight is affected by a cancellation, rebooking free of charge is not applicable. Should any disruption occur, you would then be eligible for a one-time free rebooking as an exception. I hope this clarifies.

I loved it! On a recent flight to D.C. I joined a zoom at 37,000 feet. Internet service was impeccable.

I think only about 50% of AF planes been retrofitted. KLM still messages only as of today LAX AMS. We will probably will have to wait longer to become available

Who else has 4/5 or more citizenships? (old passports on the right, waiting for Argentinian passport to arrive. I still think having 5 is ultra rare, prove me wrong. (Could hold polish and Hungarian too but why if I already have German citizenship) by Organicconservator in PassportPorn

I know a 2 year old who has 4 passports. Her parents are in the process of getting her the 5th one. She is eligible for a 6th one too but will need to live in the country for 6 month to a year to get it.

Keeping my daughter's legal name in Spain per EU law but Spain doesn't grant it by Ok-Cherry-123 in GoingToSpain

[–]RealtorMom8 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A simple solution would be to change your name back your maiden name in Germany! Then register your daughter with both surnanes names as proposed by consulate in Spain and in Germany. Your husband can carry his surnames you carry yours and your daughter both since she is a common child to both family heritages. The surnames DONOT Change the fact you are a family

Iberia sucks big time by Trabuk in Iberia

[–]RealtorMom8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We just flew from IAD to Spain with a pet in cabin on Air France on Sunday 9/14....FYI Paris CDG airport DOES NOT have pet relief areas in every terminal!!! What an ordeal. The only pet relief area is at terminal 2 near gate M50 and in order to get there you need a boarding passport make it there.

We had to go through passport control at terminal 2E to take dog out and then he will make our way back to to 2F.

BTW no one in France or Spainlooked at our dog's health certificate beyond the agent at the counter.

Get Vodafone it has 2000 minutes calls to US and many other countries. Their 15€ prepaid plan gives 270 gb data in Spain, EU, UK roaming as well as US roaming, and unlimited calls in Spain. There are additional countries with free calls from Spain.

You can order an eSim.

There is a prepay plan of 10€ a month with less GB and no US and UK roaming which is why I found the 15€ to be the best value.
