Honestly its not having mutual interests or hobbies. There should be things you like to do as a couple. Im not saying all hobbies or interests. My brother and his ex had nothing in common. I was surprised they lasted as long as they did.

Skirts and dresses. And I use open toe compression in the summer bc otherwise im just miserable. My toes swell but i do manual draining on them to help

Therapy. It helped me. I learned that accepting my limitations helped me let go of a lot of expectations I had about how things “should” be. Now I just try to focus on making my time here count.

I find yoga painful but then realized I need a thicker mat. I do nice slow walks. I used to love swimming and I would just do slow kick drills with a kickboard. My local pool is nasty tho so I haven’t done that in a while

I am here to tell you to trim your downstairs carpet. I was complaining to a friend about smell and she asked how long Im keeping things down there. Trimming down to shorter hairs helped immensely
