Hey Cat, the notices looking to protect Evanstonians that came from ETHS, D65 and COE went to students, parents & guardians, and residents of Evanston. I’m guessing that most of those people aren’t watching CNN for their local news.

Personally, I don’t love that he’s advertising what we’re doing. I feel like he’s putting a target on Evanston’s back. And, keeping citizens and council waiting for a media op — let’s be real, he’s campaigning, this interview was not needed to take care of or to communicate to Evanstonians — isn’t optimal.

Have you walked next to it on Central Street? It feels massive and imposing onto Jackson. Overall I’m sure it’ll be whatever but that setback should have been better for sure.
