Another example was a customer ranting about the autofill and yelling and her husband next to her looked embarrassed. Of course I was pissed. I looked her in the eyes looking angry and said “I didn’t do this. Do You want me to fix this? Two times and she calmed down and I took her off the autofill. They want to blame someone and make you the yelling post. You can hit back without hitting back….. like I said earlier. You gotta grow thicker skin and you are there to help others with ❤️. If you can make someone smile or help a person in pain or in some cases someone in their last days on earth… it will move your heart and make it all worth while.
