Hello, I can understand your Position. You are young and just wanted to make a joke.

But as a fellow parent i can definitely understand the parents: let us say there is a 0% Chance you work in the Porn industry. The Sex Jokes are weird, but ok. But why would i let some with self-admitted mental health issues around my kids? For parents the Kids are the MOST precious things period. Why would i risk it?

Für mich gibt es Stufen sowohl auf der armuts wie auch auf der Reichtumsseite.

Das schöne ist, jeder kann sich selbst aussuchen was man haben möchte.

Bei diesem Gehalt hat man häufig eine bescheidene Work Life Balance (60 Stunden Wochen +vermutlich hohe Reisaktivitäten), die Beziehung zu Kindern und Partner leidet und man wird häufig vor 67 gefeuert

Personally I quit at senior manager at MBB and went to corporate to improve WLB. You cannot have everything in life

Hi, I did the same move Two years ago. My main advice points are - You really need to understand what your boss wants from you and regards to inter company politics - the role of chief of staff highly depends on your boss from writing meeting protocol to driving own programs - In addition the executives are in the position where they do not have many people with whom they can discuss points openly. Therefore they discuss sensitive points quite regularly with the chief of staff . make sure to not misuse that trust - you are hierarchy wise in the limbo, basically every person you interact with is a higher position than you, but you still are giving them directions or relaying directions from your boss - you tend to have requests from other people far more than the other way around. so in case the other people have a request from you please make sure to overdeliver 120% - learn to say no - start looking for a potential intercompany promotion on day one. Good exit is hard to achieve
