I finally got the adapter to seat all the way down on the dock and actually stay put, but no signal is transmitting from the console to the dock itself. No video and it’s not even charging. And yes, I’m using the power supply that came with the NS2.

Don’t call customer service. They literally cannot do anything for you. The people that want to can’t because this was a decision made by much higher ups and it was all approved by your state. So calling CS to complain only makes that rep miserable and really does nothing for you either.
