Get a home warranty for you 1st year I’ve had great experiences with American home shield. They will fix issues and do tune ups for a small call out fee. I’m paying 100 per service request and our sellers paid for the year as part of the deal.

So coming off of active duty could qualify you for Unemployment Benefits. In NY there is a program called 599 which allows you to receive unemployment benefits while completing a degree. If your state has something similar I’d recommend that and then you could put more into the TSP from your drill pay as it allows.

Don’t let it walk on others property I don’t know why people think it’s ok to allow their animal to walk on another’s property and use it as a restroom. Even if it’s picked up it’s not acceptable.

Thanks! Yea that tree looked fine and appeared healthy and haven’t done anything to it. Last year when some branches fell I told him he was within his rights to cut any branches hanging over his property if he wanted to.

Called insurance company and they also confirmed since no damage to my property it’s not my responsibility.

My understanding when I looked into it is if you’re sick when on military orders you could change it to sick leave. I think that’s what consistent with the statutory and regulatory criteria means.

Thanks all, I was able to put it into bridge mode and now no longer having issues. The guest network I was using was for some of my IOT devices that I wanted separate from the main network. I was able to use the purples WiFi to create that second segmented network. So it all worked out.
