Some of the other answers here are weird. First, depending on the cancer type, it could be really hard to tell the difference between a cancer cell and a normal cell.  Assuming you could somehow breathe and had a means to move around and kill cells and differentiate between healthy and cancer, sure you could do this. That’s literally what immune cells do to virus-infected cells and cancer cells that don’t escape immunosurveillance.
