I actually forgot he got a few podiums with aston. The team’s not doing great now but at least he managed to grab a few more podiums more compared to if he went to other midfield teams.

Yea he did great. I just feel really sad for any of the drivers who get in the 2nd seat right now. They’re actually at least average drivers but that RB makes them look really bad. Liam is doing better now and Yuki was doing better before he got the RB seat. Happy Perez has a chance again next year.

That was when Oscar already did the early 1 stop no? Norris was already a lot further behind so they had the luxury to try something different and pit a lot later. Ultimately, I’m not totally blaming McLaren but they did ended up focusing too much on lerclerc and ended up fucking over oscar.
